These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClawWatchplatform and CLI (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and Eligibility
- ›You must be 16 years or older to create an account.
- ›You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API tokens. Treat them like passwords.
- ›You may not create accounts for automated abuse of the Service.
- ›Organizations are the unit of access — multiple users may share one organization account.
2. Acceptable Use
- ›Use the Service to monitor and control your own NemoClaw AI agent deployments.
- ›Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
- ›Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- ›Do not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content.
- ›Do not perform load tests or stress tests against the API without prior written permission.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- ›Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance.
- ›Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- ›Downgrading to Starter does not issue a refund for the current billing period.
- ›Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate Order Form.
- ›We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Sandbox Limits
- ›Starter: 3 sandboxes. Pro: 15 sandboxes. Enterprise: unlimited.
- ›If you exceed your plan's sandbox limit, new sandbox creation will be blocked until you upgrade.
- ›Event data retention periods are: Starter 7 days, Pro 90 days, Enterprise 1 year.
5. Data Ownership
- ›You own all event data ingested from your NemoClaw sandboxes.
- ›We do not sell your data. We process it solely to provide the Service.
- ›You may export all your data at any time via the Audit Log CSV export.
- ›Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.
6. Service Availability and SLA
- ›We target 99.5% uptime for all plans and 99.9% uptime for Enterprise under a separate SLA.
- ›We may perform maintenance that causes brief downtime; we will announce this in advance where possible.
- ›We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Clerk, Vercel, Stripe).
7. Intellectual Property
- ›The ClawWatch platform, dashboard, and branding are proprietary to us.
- ›The clawwatch-cli package is MIT licensed and open source.
- ›Your event data and policy YAML files remain your intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- ›The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ›We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- ›Policy enforcement depends on your deployment configuration — we do not guarantee that all policy violations will be caught.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ›To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- ›We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
- ›You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page.
- ›We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
- ›On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for export) then deleted.
11. Governing Law
- ›These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- ›Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
12. Changes to Terms
- ›We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
- ›Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
